Terms and Conditions

At SugarLilly we are keen to provide excellent customer service and in order to do that we want to keep it simple with straight forward terms and conditions of purchase.  Please read them carefully to make sure you understand your rights as a customer.  These terms and conditions do not supersede your rights under the Sale of Goods Act.

Shipping / Carriage

With SugarLilly fans worldwide, we offer various different methods of postage.  Please see details on our Delivery page for all prices and time scales for delivery.  The final figure that comes up on the payment screen is the final price including taxes and delivery.  Free delivery is offered on all UK orders over £40.  

Duties & Local Taxes

Purchasers are responsible for and local duties and taxes when good arrive at the destination country.

Delivery Times

All orders placed before 1pm will be processed on the same day of order.  Anything ordered after this time will be dispatched the following business day.  For all UK orders please expect the delivery to take 2 to 3 working days from the time of order.  All overseas orders will take a little longer so please expect the delivery to take 1 to 2 weeks. 

Returns / Refunds

We endeavour to provide beautiful, high quality and well packed products to you and we hope you love your new SugarLilly products.  However we do offer a returns policy if for any reason the product you have ordered is not to liking.  So long as the product is returned in a fully re-saleable condition within 14 days of the date of purchase we will offer an exchange or a full refund.  Please ensure you include a note with your return informing us of the reasons for your return.  All returns should be sent to:

Please ensure you retain a certificate of postage.  We do not refund postage on any return, however, should you request a replacement item this will be sent without incurring any additional delivery charges.

Damages / Lost In Transit

Unfortunately, despite the care in packaging, items do get lost or damaged in transit.  If this happier with your delivery, please advise us and we will aim to replace the goods as soon as possible.  

Privacy Policy

We will only use your information for the purposes of our dealings with you. We do not sell information or mailing lists to any other business.

When you order we will require your name, e-mail address, delivery address and registered credit card address, credit/debit card number, expiry date and CV2 number. We also request a contact telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Our website uses Worldpay to process online payments. They handle in excess of a million transactions each month and use the latest in secure encryption to make sure your details are kept safe. We also follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection legislation to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access.

You can log into your account at any time, where you can edit your personal details.

We like to keep our customers up to date with details of special offers, new products, and any exciting SugarLilly news, If you don’t want to receive these emails, and you have an account with us, you can unsubscribe in your account settings. Otherwise, if you just subscribed by submitting your email address, please look out for the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the next email you receive, and you will be removed from the list immediately.
